[Men's Tennis] Chouinard selected to 2023 CSC Men's Tennis Academic All-District team

WICHITA, Kan. – Friends University sophomore student-athlete Ethan Chouinard has been named to the 2023 Men's Tennis Academic All-District team, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC), the organization released today (May 9).

Academic All-District winners now advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with first-, second and third-team Academic-All-America honorees set to be announced May 31.

Chouinard stepped up in a big way for the team, winning his singles bout and helping clinch the doubles victory in the Falcons' win at Saint Mary (Mar. 22).

Criteria for nomination:

* Starter or important reserve

* Participated in at least 50 percent of the team's games at the position listed on the nomination form

* Maintained a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade-point average

* Reached sophomore standing athletically and academically

* Has completed one full calendar year at his/her institution
