Thankfully for Djokovic and his family, that is just a fraction of his £123m on-court career earnings, before taking into account all his sponsorship deals.

The Serb lives with his wife Jelena and their two children – son Stefan, seven, and daughter Tara, four.

They had been based in Monte Carlo but moved into a rented property in a swanky region of Marbella during the Covid-19 lockdown.

And the Djokovics reportedly stumped up the big bucks to purchase the place for good at the end of 2020.

As well as the nine bedrooms, each member of the family can have two bathrooms each – with a total of eight across the pad.

When Djokovic is not travelling the world at tennis tournaments, he can keep his fitness topped at home by using the large indoor gym and his forehands ticking over on his own private court.

The outdoor swimming pool is surely a firm family favourite in the summer while the garden has stunning views all around – the sea one side and the mountains the other.

And if Novak or Jelena need some relaxation time, they have access to a private spa complete with jacuzzis, a sauna and a Turkish bath.

One of the sitting rooms features plush white furniture, a grand fire place and a beautiful chandelier while the kitchen has a modern, gloss white finish.

But the standout room is undoubtedly the home cinema which boasts a giant TV screen with a projector overhead, a massive red sofa, DVDs galore, uber-cool lighting and a collection of iconic movie posters on the walls.

However, the Marbella house is one of a whole host owned by the 20-time Grand Slam champion and world No1.

Djokovic was born and raised in Belgrade – but swapped his homeland in 2005 for the luxurious Monte Carlo because his fame and popularity was overwhelming for him.

However, his parents Dijana and Srdjan still live in the Serbian capital, in his £425,000 penthouse.

It is also understood Djokovic still owns the Monte Carlo place and also has two apartments in New York City and one in Dubai.

But he has sold arguably the best of the lot – his exclusive Miami property in the Eighty-Seven Parks complex in Florida.

The spectacular open-plan home includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and a sleek natural wood interior design.

However, the obvious showstoppers are the 55-foot heated pool and the sensational 25-foot wrap-around balcony which overlooks the endless ocean.

But the reigning Wimbledon champion decided to sell up and fetched a cool £4m for it last summer.
