Cheshire Tennis Awards Presentation - 4 awards for the club

The club has again been very successful, winning a total of four Cheshire Tennis Awards. We welcomed Barbara Bloor and Xanthe Holt from the Cheshire County LTA . David Killworth received the Unsung Hero for all his work associated with developing and maintaining our wonderful courts David Paterson won the Competition Award for running county competitions. David runs all the external tournaments at the club for us. Stuart Murray was the Development Coach Finalist, being praised for all his work in a difficult 2020. He was particularly cited for his videos created during the first lockdown, when we got to know Stuart's humour as well as the rest of his family including his dog! And finally Alderley Edge Tennis was a Finalist in the Club of the Year group. We were also pleased to welcome Sue Morrison from LUSU who teaches disability tennis. Well done to everyone who make this club so successful. It is truly a team effort.
