[Men's Tennis] WHAC Releases Men's Lacrosse Honors

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - (Complete Honors) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released the 2021 season honors for men's lacrosse. All-Conference Teams and individual special honors were voted on by the head coaches in the league.

Andrew Ryan of Indiana Tech was named Offensive Player of the Year after scoring 42 goals and 22 assists. Temmate Jordan Reyes was named Defensive Player of the Year with 60 ground balls while causing 42 turnovers. Concordia freshman Hunter McCarthy earned Newcomer of the Year with31 goals and 19 assists. 

Coach of the Year was awarded to Bryan Seaman of Indiana Tech after leading the Warriors to the championship. Lourdes head coach Patrick Yannarelli was voted as the Champions of Character Coach.

In addition to First and Second Team All-Conference, the WHAC also announced its All-Academic Team (juniors or above in academic standing with cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 and in attendance at nominating school for one full year) and the Champions of Character Team (best represents the five core character values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership).
