[Women's Tennis] No. 12 Women's Tennis Improves to 10-0

RAMONA, Calif. – After two closely contested matches in a row, the No. 12 SDCC women's tennis team was able to breathe a little easier after Friday's match with Arizona Christian with the Hawks winning 7-0.

SDCC grabbed their first point clinching the doubles matches. Angela Rinaldi and Valentina Sottile won the No. 1 Doubles match 6-2 before Tatiana Harvey and Franzi Niederle won their No. 2 Doubles match 6-3.

In singles, the Hawks won in straight sets in all five matches that were played. Harvey won by default at No. 6 singles.

The Hawks will be the No. 1 seed in the GSAC Tournament starting on April 20. Before then, however, the Hawks will have two more matches. They will travel to Azusa Pacific and Hope International next week.
