[Men's Tennis] SSU puts together competitive showings in MSC Men's Preseason Tennis Invitational

The men's tennis program at Shawnee State dropped a pair of contests Friday to Lindsey Wilson and Martin Methodist in the opening day of competition at the MSC Men's Preseason Tennis Invitational in Owensboro.

In doubles competition against Lindsey Wilson, the teams of Zayden Rinehart and Jacob Freeland, Austin Hanshaw and Harley Dixon, and Aiden White and Chase Downing each took a game before falling by 6-1 margins each. White took No. 6 singles hand Adrian Belo-Cruz to a 6-2 margin in the first set before falling 6-0 in the second set of competition, while Downing took a game from Lindsey Wilson's Jan Silhavy in a 6-1, 6-0 defeat.
