New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo approves USTA's plan to hold the U.S. Open as scheduled

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he has approved the USTA's plan to hold the U.S. Open Aug. 31-Sep. 13 at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
