[Tennis] Women, men fall 7-0 to Thomas More

The men's and women's tennis programs got a second set victory from Caspar Nolte on the men's side and a combined 12 victories apiece from Grace Eberhard, Jessica Willard, and Katelyn Pauley, but couldn't claim victory as the Bears fell to Thomas More, 7-0, in conference action on Saturday.

In women's action, the vast majority of contests were of the competitive variety, with Eberhard, Willard, and Pauley posting at least one or more victories in each of their sets on Saturday at the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4 singles positions.

However, Thomas More's Brooke Warden (def. Eberhard, 6-2, 6-1), Kayla Snyder (def. Willard, 6-2, 6-3) and Alyssa Dowdell (def. Pauley, 6-2, 6-2) were able to take control of their respective games, and the Shawnee State women (3-2, 0-1 Mid-South) lost 36 of the 38 remaining games over the three remaining singles matches.
