AECC 150 Anniversary

To celebrate this significant milestone in the club’s history, your committee has organised the following program of events throughout 2020: March 21th – Tennis hosted AECC 150 Marquee Ball March 26th  - Tennis section Ladies AECC 150 Lunch March 28th - Hockey hosted AECC 150 Marquee Ball April 3rd – Cricket 150 Annual Dinner June 26th – AECC 150 Intraclub games and Marquee Cocktail Party June 27th – Squash hosted AECC 150 Marquee Comedy Night June 28th – Village Fete July 16th – AECC vs MCC AECC 150 Cricket Match and Dinner August 16th – 18th - County Cricket match Cheshire v Wiltshire As always, a full list of all up and coming social events at the club can be found here on the AECC website   AECC – A Club History To commemorate the big anniversary, a group of volunteers are compiling the history of AECC. They are currently busy gathering documents, audio, and pictures from sources far and wide with a view to publishing the club history as soon as this can be done but of course there is much ground to cover. If you have, or you know of anyone who might have, any old documents or pictures relating the club, or any recollections that could be of interest, please let your committee member or myself know. Also, celebrate in style with our “150” beer being served in the clubhouse, and lookout for the new 150 flag soon to be flying outside.    Ed Johnson AECC Chair.
