Inside Gwen Stefani’s incredible £18m LA mansion with infinity pool, tennis court and a chicken coop as she sells it at £11m loss

GWEN Stefani has finally shifted her incredible LA mansion for an eye-watering £18 million.

But the sale will be bittersweet given that the pop queen originally listed the property – which boasts an infinity pool and private cinema room – for £29 million.

It’s been a long-time coming for Gwen, 49, who put the pad up for sale way back in 2017 – a year after finalising her divorce from ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

Despite struggling to sell, the home is a buyers’ dream with seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Sitting on two acres of land, the estate boasts all sorts of treasures, including a fully-equipped gym, sauna and massage area and even a chicken coop.

Paying homage to Gwen’s quirky sense of style, the mansion is filled with weird and wonderful sights, including a rhino statue and vibrant floor-to-ceiling artworks.

The bathrooms are seriously decadent with marble, monochrome tiles spanning the floors and walls.

The living room also channels a black-and-white colour scheme but still manages to look cosy with a large white corner sofa and wood-burning fireplace.

Of course the lucky new owner doesn’t have to settle for just one lounge and in fact has three different chill out spaces to choose from – and that’s excluding the indoor cinema.

More active types can make use of the house’s adjacent tennis court, while cooking enthusiasts are spoiled to a tasteful kitchen that is loaded with top-of-the-range appliances, including an integrated triple oven.

Privacy isn’t an issue either as it’s in a 24-hour guard gated community and has a 250-foot drive.

No Doubt star Gwen bought the house – which belonged to Jennifer Lopez from 2002 to 2004 – with ex Gavin in 2006 before trying to flog it in January 2017.

She cut the price to £23 million in April last year before taking it off the market in February.
