[Tennis] Men's, women's tennis program drop bouts to Mount Vernon Nazarene

Despite three victories by the Shawnee State women in doubles play, a win for the men at No. 3 doubles, and a victory for the women at No. 3 singles, the men's and women's tennis programs at Shawnee State University fell in contests to Mount Vernon Nazarene as the Bears dropped a 4-0 decision on the men's side of the spectrum and fell by a 5-2 margin on the women's side in a pair of contests that were held in Mount Vernon this weekend.
The SSU tennis programs, who each fell to 2-1 on the year with the setbacks, got the contests started in a positive manner as the women swept Mount Vernon Nazarene without issue in doubles competition.
