[Men's Tennis] UNOH's Popa named NAIA Men's Tennis All-American

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - (NAIA Release) - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially announced the 2019 NAIA Men's Tennis All-America teams. Honorees were selected by the NAIA All-America Selection Committee. Sixteen student-athletes comprise both the first and second teams. Radu Popa of UNOH was named to the second team for the third time and was the only Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) player honored.

Popa posted a 17-5 mark in singles play in 2018-19, winning the singles title at the ITA Midwest Regional and winnign twice at the ITA Oracle Cup in the fall.  He also went 13-8 in doubles, including a 6-2 record with Marcos Salazar.
