[Men's Tennis] Men's Tennis Conference Honors Announced
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) handed out men's tennis awards for All-Conference Team, All-Academic Team, and Champions of Character Team. Phil Carlise was named the league's Coach of the Year after leading UNOH to its second consecutive WHAC regular season championship. Lawrence Tech's Alexander Tammaro picked up Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year honors. Steve Behmlander of Lawrence Tech was again awarded the Champions of Character Coach for his commitment to character through sport.
Members of the All-AcademicTeam must be a junior or above in academic standing with a cumulative 3.25 GPA while those on the Champions of Character Team best represent the five core character values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
