[Men's Tennis] Men's Tennis Falls 8-1 at Bethel

North Newton, Kan. -- The Friends University Falcons were defeated 8-1 at the Bethel College Threshers yesterday (Mar. 28) in North Newton, Kan that featured a pair of three set losses.  The full results are below: 

#1 Doubles::  Kris Veljacic (SO/Zagreb, Croatia) and Lasse Scharpman (FR/Bielefeld, Germany)n lost to Shima and LaCombe 5-8
#2 Doubles:  Kerry Dunn (SO/Wichita, Kan. ) and Isaac Penner (SR/Newton, Kan.) lost to Murray and Singh 3-8.
#3 Doubles:  Kaden Jobe and Marcos Blanco lost to Grant and Johnson 0-8.

#1 Singles: Scharpmann beat Schrader 6-4, 6-7, 10-8.
#2 Singles: Dunn lost to Miera 6-4, 0-6, 4-6.
#3 Singles: Veljacic lost to Johnson 5-7, 4-6.
#4 Singles: Jobe lost to LaCombe 0-6, 3-6.
#5 Singles: Penner lost to Shima 6-4, 6-7, 5-10
#6 Singles:  Zach Pena lost to Singh 0-6, 0-6.
