We are excited to share that Empower Aces U10-U12 Mind Games Workshop has been scheduled for Sunday, March 31st 2019 at 2:00 at Toronto Tennis City. The workshop is open to junior athletes attending the U12 Provincials Program or the U10 Champions Program.
Title: Mind Games – Core Concepts for Junior Athletes
Location: Toronto Tennis City
Date: March 31st 2019
Time: 2pm Sharp
Duration: 75 to 90 minutes
The workshop will introduce athletes to key concepts such as:
- Importance of Mental Strength
- Optimum Performance
- Growth Mindset vs Fixed Mindset
- Importance of body language
- Importance of routines and goals
- Developing a match routine
The workshop will also include a practical skills building segment.
