Roger Federer’s 100 Titles In Numbers
Roger Federer has made history. On Saturday, the 37-year-old became just the second player in the Open Era to secure his 100th tour-level title, joining former World No. 1 Jimmy Connors, who lifted 109 trophies.
Federer accomplished the feat at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, defeating reigning Next Gen ATP Finals champion Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-4, 6-4 in the final. With his eighth title in Dubai, Federer owns eight or more trophies at four tournaments.

Milestone Titles
Federer claimed his first tour-level trophy just more than 18 years ago, in February 2001. Then No. 27 in the ATP Rankings and just 19 years old, Federer defeated Goran Ivanisevic and Yevgeny Kafelnikov en route to the final, where he dismissed Julien Boutter in three tough sets to earn his maiden moment.

While Rafael Nadal has long been Federer's greatest adversary, the 37-year-old has also won more finals against the Spaniard than anybody else. Federer has also won their past four championship matches, including the 2017 Australian Open final in an epic five-setter.

Level of Title
Federer has won more than a quarter of his titles at the elite ATP Masters 1000-level, with only Nadal (33) and Djokovic (32) triumphing more in those events. He has also claimed more Grand Slam championships than anyone else in the Open Era with 20, most recently emerging victorious at the 2018 Australian Open.
