[Men's Tennis] No. 25 Men's Tennis Drops Opening GSAC Games

PHOENIX — The SDC men's tennis team hit the road for their first GSAC games of the season.

Arizona was not a friendly place for the Hawks as they dropped their match against OUAZ before falling to Arizona Christian on Saturday to fall to 0-2 in conference play.

The Hawks are now 1-3 on the season.

Alonso Tellez was the sole winner against OUAZ. He won his No. 1 Singles match 7-6, 6-1. He also won his singles match against the Firestorm 7-6 (7-5), 7-5 on Saturday. The other win of the Hawks against ACU was at No. 3 Singles as Innocent Tidimane won 6-1, 7-5.

SDC will host Westmont on Friday in Ramona as they look for their first conference win of the season.
