[Tennis] Men's Tennis Tops Tabor; Women Fall in Opener

Doane Men's Tennis picked up their first win of the season with a 9-0 shutout of Tabor College. The two teams met in Fremont for their indoor contest at the Fremont YMCA. The Tigers moved to 1-1 on the year while Tabor fell to 0-2.

Doane returns to action on February 16 in Pella, Iowa, as they take on Central College and Saint Ambrose University.

Doane Women's Tennis opened their season on Friday afternoon with a trip to Fremont. The Tigers took on Tabor College at the Fremont YMCA in the season opener for both teams. Tabor took two of the three doubles matches, which proved to be the difference as the Bluejays posted a 5-4 win over the Tigers.

Doane returns to action on March 1 in Winfield, Kansas. The Tigers will take on Southwestern College, a team receiving votes in the preseason poll.
