[Women's Tennis] UNOH Falls in Women's Tennis National Championship

MOBILE, Ala. - After receiving a bye in the first round, the UNOH women's tennis team dropped a 5-3 decision to William Woods (Mo.) in the second round of the NAIA National Championship Tournament at the Mobile Tennis Center.

UNOH trailed 2-0 early as the Owls won in #3 and #2 doubles, but tied the score as Alisa Reshetnikova /Valeriya Kolegova won in #1 doubles 9-7 and Kolegova was victorious 6-0, 6-3 in #3 singles. Reshetnikova posted a 6-3, 6-3 win in #1 singles, but William Woods won the match with decisions in #2, #4 and #6 singles.

The Racers finish the season with a final record of 15-5.
