Georgetown College and Campbellsville University split singles competition Wednesday in women's tennis. The No. 18 CU Tigers, which leads the Mid-South Conference with a perfect league record – 4-0, just edge the GC Tigers, receiving votes in the national poll. CU won two of the three points in doubles for a 5-4 victory.

Katie Swanson and Madelynn Kauffman gave Georgetown a fighters' chance with a strong 8-2 win in three doubles over Brooklyn Harris and Bailey Decker. Kauffman followed that up with a blanking win at five singles, 6-0, 6-0, over Harris. Swanson was not so fortunate in the three singles, falling 6-1, 6-0 to Majella Nobile.

Kaede Amano and Grace Rowe needed a tiebreaker for a 9-7 (7-3) win at two doubles over Shae Henry and Natalie Fiepke. Henry got that point back in two singles, winning 6-3, 6-2 over Bolor Enkhbayar.
