[Tennis] Friends Men's and Women's Tennis Teams Each Selected Eighth in KCAC Preseason Polls

WICHITA, Kan. – The Friends University Men's and Women's Tennis teams have each been picked eighth in their respective KCAC Coaches' Preseason Polls, the league released today (Jan. 18).

On the men's side, McPherson College and Ottawa University were picked to finish first and second, with Southwestern College and McPherson being the top two choices in the women's poll.

Third-year head coach Alexander Lee's Men's Tennis Falcons begin the spring season here in Wichita starting on Mar. 1. 

The Falcons will face Hesston College on Mar. 1 before squaring off with Doane College on Mar. 2. 

The matches will be played at the Riverside Tennis Center in Wichita.

The Women's Tennis Falcons, under third-year head coach Sandra Nixon, will kick off their spring season on Mar. 4 against the College of Saint Mary in Wichita.
