[Tennis] SSC Tennis Takes Three Out of Four

Four Seminole State tennis players took home first place in three out of four division events at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Regional Championships this past weekend in Oklahoma City. Freshman Valentina Gonzalez Ramirez of Colombia won the women's singles division, Ramirez also partnered with freshman Mariam Mujawimana of Burundi to win the women's doubles crown. Sophomores Kevin Major of the Bahamas and Guilherme Dos Santos of Brazil paired to win the men's doubles division. SSC will move on to the ITA Small College National Championships in Rome, Georgia this week. Pictured from l-r is Major, Santos, Mujawimana and Ramirez.
