Midland training Saturday
Due to having swimmers at the Nova meet and Jamie being away this weekend, Midland squad not racing are training with Mark 4.30-7pm on Saturday night. This is a land and pool session at Bramcote pool. Sunday’s session will run as normal alongside Seniors and Masters, taken by Mark.
