Midland Squad training Saturday 6th May
Land training tomorrow night will be outside- we will be running from Repton leaving at 5pm. Swimmers need to wear suitable clothes and footwear, and bring a separate drink with them! To allow us time to get across to the race night, the swim session will finish at 7.45pm. See you all there! Jamie
