Gilbert Burns took care of business at the scale. Now the real test awaits.

At Friday’s official weigh-ins for UFC Vegas 106, Burns successfully made weight at 170 pounds for his bout with Michael Morales. The one-time welterweight title challenger fights the undefeated Morales in Saturday’s main event at UFC APEX in Las Vegas.

Morales weighed in at 170.5 pounds.

For the penultimate bout of the evening, light heavyweights Paul Craig and Rodolfo Bellato also successfully made weight, with Craig coming in at 205 pounds and Bellato at 205.5.

Twenty-four fighters weighed in Friday morning and all successfully made weight, including Sodiq Yusuff and Mairon Santos, who are both fighting a division up from featherweight to lightweight, and main card openers Julian Erosa and Melquizael Costa, both of whom are making quick turnarounds.
