UEFA probe Real Madrid players’ inflammatory behaviour after shoot-out UCL win over Atletico
March 28 – UEFA has launched an investigation into Real Madrid players Antonio Rüdiger, Kylian Mbappé, Dani Ceballos, and Vinícius Júnior for alleged indecent conduct following their dramatic Champions League last-16 victory over Atletico Madrid.
The four players are accused of making inflammatory gestures towards Atletico supporters in the aftermath of Madrid’s penalty shootout triumph at the Metropolitano. UEFA has appointed an Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector to assess the claims, which could lead to potential sanctions.
