Justin Gaethje vs. Rafael Fiziev full fight video

Justin Gaethje and Rafael Fiziev meet again this Saturday at UFC 313, and their first fight was one to remember.

The lightweights previously fought in the co-main event in London in March 2023, delivering a striking duel that more than lived up to the hype. It was Gaethje who emerged from the three-round contest with a majority decision win (in an odd twist, all three judges scored the bout differently with one judge giving Gaethje the first around and another giving Gaethje a 10-8 score in the third).

Both fighters were awarded with a $50,000 Fight of the Night bonus at night’s end. It was yet another post-fight accolade for the fan favorite strikers, with Gaethje currently owning 13 bonuses across 13 UFC appearances, and Fiziev having won six in just nine appearances.

The rematch materialized after a scheduled bout between Gaethje and Dan Hooker fell through due to a Hooker hand injury. Fiziev immediately volunteered his services and was granted the opportunity, beating out a number of eager lightweight contenders. He competes for the first time since injuring his knee in a loss to Mateusz Gamrot in September 2023.

Gaethje vs. Fiziev again serves as the co-main event of a pay-per-view, one fight before the UFC 313 headlining bout between light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev.
