A car accident has forced UFC lightweight Frank Camacho out of a UFC 263 bout against Matt Frevola, opening up a spot for octagon newcomer Terrance McKinney.

Camacho’s withdrawal and McKinney’s addition was first reported by MMA Junkie and confirmed to MMA Fighting by multiple people with knowledge of the shift. UFC 263 takes place Saturday at Gila River Arena in Glendale, Ariz. The new Frevola vs. McKinney bout is expected to serve on the card’s early prelims on UFC Fight Pass and ESPN+.

Camacho’s friend, Cuki Alvarez, posted on Instagram that they were involved in a five-car accident while traveling to Irvine, Calif. Alvarez wrote Camacho complained of head and neck pain and was transported to an area hospital, where an MRI revealed a herniated disk in his neck, forcing him to withdraw from the fight.

McKinney, nicknamed “T.Wrecks,” arrives on a three-fight winning streak, the two most recent of which came in the UFC feeder league LFA. Both of those wins were the result of big first-round stoppages. McKinney stumbled in a lone appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series. But in 12 outings, he has yet to see a scorecard.

Frevola hopes to rebound from his most recent UFC outing, which ended in a decision loss to Arman Tsarukyan at UFC 257, a departure after a two-fight winning streak.

UFC 263 is headlined by a pair of title rematches: Israel Adesanya vs. Marvin Vettori 2 and Deiveson Figueiredo vs. Brandon Moreno 2.
