MONDAY’S Flat card at Windsor has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.
The course was due to stage a seven-race card, but following a 7.30am inspection the meeting was cancelled.
The ongoing wet weather is also posing a threat to other race meetings this week.
Tomorrow’s card at Leicester is subject to a 7.30am inspection with the track currently Heavy.
Officials at Nottingham will be keeping an eye on the forecast with going also Heavy and further rain forecast.
Ascot are also on alert ahead of Champions Day, with the track set to use the hurdles course as a contingency in case the round course is unraceable this weekend.
