Pirates place RHP Chris Devenski (illness) on injured list

The Pirates placed relief pitcher Chris Devenski on the 15-day injured list Thursday with an undisclosed illness.
Pittsburgh recalled fellow right-hander Cam Sanders from Triple-A Indianapolis in a corresponding transaction.
Devenski, 35, just completed a two-game suspension for throwing at Cincinnati's Sal Stewart on Saturday.
