Phillies place RHP Jonathan Bowlan on 15-day IL

The Philadelphia Phillies placed right-handed pitcher Jonathan Bowlan on the 15-day injured list Monday with a right groin strain.
As a corresponding move, right-handed pitcher Seth Johnson was recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
Bowlan, 26, has a 3.86 ERA in seven appearances spanning seven innings of relief this season, his first with Philadelphia. H
