MLS shuffles top management roles but is Don Garber staying or going
March 23 – Major League Soccer (MLS) is readying for life after Don Garber, with formal succession planning underway ahead of the commissioner’s contract expiring at the end of 2027.
Garber, who has led the league since 1999, faces a decision point in the middle of the 2027–28 season. While continuity has long been expected, he recently left open the possibility of an earlier exit.
