German Bundesliga reports record revenues
January 27 – The 18 clubs in the German Bundesliga generated more than €5 billion in revenue for the first time last season, an official report revealed on Monday.
The Deutsche Fussball Liga (DFL) also revealed across Germany’s top two divisions revenues rose to €6.33 billion (£5.49bn; $7.5bn) during the 2024–25 season.
That figure represents a 7.9 per cent increase on the €5.87bn recorded in the previous season, demonstrating continued growth.
