Prof H.K Prempeh not called to Ghana Bar and shouldn’t lead constitution review — Yaw Boafo

Former President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), Yaw Boafo, has faulted the appointment of Professor Henry Kwasi Prempeh as Chairman of Ghana rsquo;s Constitution Review Committee. He argued that the role should be led by a lawyer qualified to practise in Ghana.
