Alhaji Seidu Abagre remains Bawku Naaba despite unlawful removal by govt — Nayiri

The Overlord of Mamprugu, the Nayiri, has insisted that the embattled Alhaji Seidu Abagre remains the legitimate Bawku Naba despite his removal from Bawku by state security agencies. The government, through the Ministry of the Interior, has said Alhaji Seidu Abagre was removed from Bawku in line with the mediation report endorsed by President John Dramani Mahama, which reaffirmed Naba Asigri Abugrago Azoka II as the lawful Bawku Naba.
