Eagles RT Lane Johnson (neck) injured vs. Rams, expects to play next week

Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson made an early exit due to a neck injury Sunday and said after the 33-26 victory over the visiting Los Angeles Rams that he had a stinger and expects to play next week, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
Matt Pryor replaced Johnson, a six-time Pro Bowl selection, in the first quarter. Multiple reports said Johnson sus
