Arkansas senior cornerback Kani Walker was carted off the field on a stretcher early in the fourth quarter of Saturday night's Southeastern Conference game against No. 17 Ole Miss.
Walker had movement in all his extremities and was taken to Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford, according to Arkansas.
