Marlins select Christian Roa, release Declan Cronin

The Miami Marlins selected the contract of right-hander Christian Roa from Triple-A Jacksonville. In corresponding moves, they released right-hander Declan Cronin and placed right-hander Freddy Tarnok on the 15-day injured list.
Roa was a second-round pick by the Cincinnati Reds in 2020. However, he was released by the organization in 2024 after a couple of und
