43.5 kg drugs seized in central Myanmar
YANGON, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar authorities have seized 43.5 kg of drugs in central Myanmar, state-run media Myanmar Radio and Television (MRTV) reported late Monday.
Acting on a tip-off, anti-narcotics police searched a motorcycle in Thazi township of Mandalay region on Aug. 29. During the search, they seized 37 kg of ketamine and 6.5 kg of "Happy Water" drug, and arrested a suspect, the report said.
