Not yet time for sovereign wealth fund: South African president
CAPE TOWN, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Thursday said that while the government remains committed to building a sovereign wealth fund, now is not the most favorable time for its immediate establishment.
