Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama has hailed the Court of Appeal rsquo;s acquittal and discharge of former deputy Finance Minister, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, in the ambulance case as a victory for the rule of law.
