Blazers G Anfernee Simons (ankle) to be re-evaluated after break
The Portland Trail Blazers said Thursday that guard Anfernee Simons has a grade 2 right ankle sprain and will be re-evaluated after the All-Star Break.
Simons was injured Tuesday night with 1.9 seconds left in third quarter of a loss to the Washington Wizards when he landed on the back of Kyle Kuzma's foot. An MRI exam Thursday revealed the severity of the sprain.
