Women's College World Series 2017: Start times, TV schedule, and live stream for Thursday

Baylor, Oregon, LSU, UCLA, Washington, Oklahoma, Florida, and Texas A&M will all compete on Thursday.

College softball fans are one step closer to figuring out who will win this year’s Women’s College World Series, as the super regional round is officially over. Baylor, Oregon, LSU, UCLA, Washington, Oklahoma, Florida, and Texas A&M are the eight teams that are still alive in this race to a national championship.

The Women’s College World Series starts on Thursday, June 1, in Oklahoma City. Games will air on ESPN and ESPN2. You can also stream the games live on WatchESPN.

Florida, the top-seeded team, will collide against No. 9 Texas A&M at noon ET on Thursday, June 1 on ESPN. The Gators knocked off Alabama, 2-1, in the Gainesville Super Regional best-of-three series. In those three games, Florida outscored the Crimson Tide, 7-1. Texas A&M defeated Tennessee in the Knoxville Super Regional to punch its ticket to the Women’s College World Series.

After the Florida-Texas A&M matchup, No. 5 UCLA and No. 13 LSU will battle at 2:30 p.m. on ESPN. UCLA advanced to the Women’s College World Series in convincing fashion, sweeping Ole Miss in the Los Angeles Super Regional. LSU knocked off Florida State in the Tallahassee Super Regional to move on.

At 7 p.m., No. 6 Washington and No. 3 Oregon will take the field, and fans can watch that game on ESPN2. Washington beat Utah in the Seattle Super Regional best-of-three series, outscoring the Utes, 20-13, in that three-game span. Oregon swept Kentucky in the Eugene Super Regional to advance to the Women’s College World Series.

Lastly, No. 10 Oklahoma and No. 15 Baylor will lock horns at 9:30 p.m. on ESPN2. Oklahoma swept Auburn in the Auburn Super Regional to get to the next round, and Baylor defeated Arizona in the Tucson Super Regional to stay alive this championship race.
