Colombia and Mexico opened day 5 of the WBSC U-18 Women's Softball World Cup in Lima, Peru. Mexico defeated Colombia, 7-0, in the first game of their Friday’s doubleheader at the WBSC U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup. Yanina Treviño went 2-for-2 with three RBI and two runs scored, while Mariangel Barbosa finished 3-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
