LEXINGTON, Ky. — The University of Toledo softball team battled Illinois for six-plus innings but a walk-off, two-run homer from All-Big Ten performer Kiana Sherlund gave the Illini a 2-0 victory in an NCAA tournament elimination game Saturday at John Cropp Stadium.
