[Georgetown] Tigers induct 21st Athletic Hall of Fame class
Georgetown College celebrated the induction of the 21st class into the Georgetown College Athletics Hall of Fame. The ceremony was held in Davis-Reid Alumni Gym this past Saturday, inducting four student-athletes Todd Cox, Walt DeLong, Greg Flesher and Rachel Vincent Salyer; three special inductions – coach Happy Osborne, distinguished alumni Dr. Susan Goodin and the 2001 softball team; as well as honoring several students and other guests with scholarships and special awards. The evening celebrated another successful year of Tiger athletics while remembering those that built the foundation for these programs. Associate athletic director Austin Sparks as well as the 2018-19 committee members remind all to nominate worthy Tigers now for the 22nd induction class. Nomination form is linked here as well as on the Hall of Fame page here.
