[Softball] Romano, Mack Named to All-GSAC Team
SANTEE, Calif. – Bailey Romano and Kayla Mack were named to the 2018 Softball All-GSAC Team announced by the conference on Tuesday.
Romano, a transfer from Palomar College, finished the season with a .327 batting average. She led the team in triples with five and tallied 21 runs and 19 RBI. Defensively, she had 24 assists with a .942 fielding percentage and was one of two catchers to make the All-GSAC Team.
Mack, a freshman, led the team in most hitting categories. She hit nine homers and had 41 RBI with 26 runs and a .697 slugging percentage. She was second on the team with a .358 batting average, trailing junior Tori Harris' .379.
