[Softball] Beilstein, Skyhawks sweep Montreat

MAROIN, N.C. (March 5, 2021) – Behind dominant pitching from Allie Beilstein in both games, the Point University softball team defeated Montreat College twice 11-0, 5-2, Friday afternoon in Marion, North Carolina. The Skyhawks advance to 10-2 on the season and 7-1 in Appalachian Athletic Conference play with Friday's wins. Point has now swept its last three conference matchups and has only allowed 14 runs to be scored by conference opponents, while the Skyhawks have scored 67 runs in conference play.
