[Softball] Lions Win NAIA Opening Round Over Owls
HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Vanguard Softball was victorious in the opening round of the NAIA National Tournament for the first time ever after taking down William Woods University 6-1. After falling behind in the first inning, Vanguard's offense responded to take the lead they did not relinquish. Entering the second round, the Lions are now 44-11 overall.
