[Softball] High scoring Tigers clinch CCAC Tournament Title

CROWN POINT, Ind. – The runs just kept coming for the Olivet Nazarene University softball team followed their Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Regular Season title up with a matching Tournament Championship on Monday, May 6. The Tigers averaged 12.25 runs per game in their four contests, putting an exclamation mark on the weekend with an 11-1, five inning win over Saint Xavier University in the title game. Kelly Rinker (JR/St. Charles, Ill. ) was a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate with Miranda Southall (JR/Wilmington, Ill.) adding a home run.
